An upmarket estate agency that counts footballers and reality stars among its clients has opened a new branch in Hornchurch.
Lux Homes launched the branch, in High Street, on Saturday (April 29) and has operated a unit in Brentwood for years.
It also had a previous branch in North Street, Hornchurch, that has been replaced by the new one.
Aislinn Murphy and Alex Glover started the agency in a bid to provide quality customer service they found lacking in the trade.
The company now claims to attract more than 16,000 average views per listing. Their list of clients includes West Ham footballers and reality stars.

Segun Osadiya, marketing executive and real estate agent at Lux Homes, told the Recorder that the decision to expand was partly driven by “exciting market demand”.
He said: “The Havering property market has been on an impressive upward trajectory in recent years, with house prices showing steady growth and demand for properties on the rise.”
The towns of Romford, Hornchurch, and Upminster, he claimed, have been hotspots for property value increases driven by a combination of factors.
These include proximity to London, excellent transport links, and the development of new housing estates.
Segun added: “The pandemic has brought a surge of interest in larger properties with outdoor spaces, as more people are opting to work from home and prioritize space and privacy in their homes. This has led to a growing interest in the Havering area and its many attractive properties."
Romford’s RM7 postcode, which stretches down to Rush Green and up towards Collier Row Road, secured second place overall in the research by property market forecasters PropCast.
RM5, which comprises the area around Collier Row, also featured in the top ten.
