On February 27, the teenage boys, aged 15, 16 and 17, were found in South Street, Romford, with knife injuries after police were called to reports of a stabbing at 5.38pm.
All three were taken to hospital, though none of their injuries were life-threatening.
Footage online allegedly showed a brawl breaking out in the Popeyes restaurant, with emergency vehicles later shown to be parked outside.
Three teenage males were arrested on the day on suspicion of public order and/or weapons offences. They were later bailed pending further enquiries.
