The restaurant is Turtle Bay's 46th across the country and the menu has been created by executive chef Collin Brown.
General manager of Turtle Bay Romford, Lee Beechey, said: “We cannot wait to immerse ourselves in the culture and community of Romford, bringing our Caribbean-mix of rum, food and music to town."
The chain said its Romford branch is creating more than 60 jobs.
A spokesperson said guests can expect "a celebrational feast of Caribbean-inspired soul food from bottomless brunch favourites to the signature jerk pit dishes".
