A former convenience store may become a nail and beauty salon.
Toclair Afro Foods, in Collier Row Road, sold a range of African food products before it shut down last year.
In documents submitted as part of the new proposal, it is stated that the premises have been vacant for between 12 and 18 months.
According to the application, filed by Ms Thi Huyen Trang, the intention is to install one small beauty room, from which a range of nail and beauty treatments will be offered.
No material or external or structural changes are proposed, with other additions including a new shop sign and changing the colour of the front and the shutter.
If approved, work on the building is expected to be completed by January 2023.
The agency behind the proposal's plans, Principal Plans, was approached for comment.
