A theatre in Romford is celebrating its tenth anniversary.
Brookside Theatre opened in Eastern Road in 2012 on the site of the Romford War Memorial Social Club.
The 200-seat venue's first performance was in May of that year - a charity production of Shout! The Sixties Musical.

Since then, a number of household names have taken to the stage including Only Fools and Horses star John Challis as well as singers Cheryl Baker and Chesney Hawkes.
A theatre spokesperson said it is self-funded and voluntary-run, with all productions raising money for the continued restoration and upkeep of the buildings.
Romford-born playwright Jai Sepple, who was awarded a British Empire Medal in 2019 recognising his contribution to arts in the community, helped to found the theatre and is its artistic director.
"We look forward to more exciting productions over the next 10 years," the spokesperson added.
