Detectives are investigating a possible abduction in Romford yesterday.
Cottons Park, in Cottons Approach, was sealed off by officers at around 6.45pm following reports that a man was seen being bundled into a car by a group of other men who then made off in two separate vehicles.
A spokesman for the Met Police said: “We haven’t found any evidence of a crime yet but Havering Police continue to investigate.”
