Bonfire Night is fast approaching, and it is time to get wrapped up and watch the skies lit up with colour and write your name with sparklers.
Many families will be hosting their own bonfire parties and fireworks displays, and here are some of the best places to enjoy some Guy Fawkes fun.
• Broadford Primary School, Farringdon Avenue, Harold Hill.
Friday, November 2, gates open at 5.30pm. The bonfire will be lit at 6pm, with fireworks starting at around 7.15pm.
Teenager Charlie Dillon from Elm Park - who got through to the battle rounds as part of ITV’s The Voice Kids will also be performing live at the firework show.
Organised by the Learning Federation Parents’ Association,There will also be barbecue, a pizza stand and other activities will include UV face painting, firework explosive crafting and glow in the dark accessories.

Saturday, November 3 in the garden at the rear of the church.
Gates will open at 5.30pm for a 6.15pm start.
• Harrow Lodge Primary School, Rainsford Way, Hornchurch.
Monday, November 5, gates open at 6pm and the display starts at 7pm.
All tickets are £5 and children under two are free.
• Nelmes Primary School Firewordsk, Wingletye Lane, Hornchurch.
Friday, November 2, 6.30pm till 8.30pm. Fireworks at 7.30pm.
Advance tickets - Adults £6, Children £5, Family (four people) £20.

• Maylands Golf Club Firework Spectacular

Sunday, November 4 3pm – 8pm
Doors open at 3pm and the display is at 6.30pm.
There will be a fireworks display, face painting, children’s rides, hot and cold food stalls and gift and craft stalls.

Tickets on the door - Adults £10, children £5.
• The Cooper’s Company and Coborn School Firework Display

Saturday, November 10. Gates open at 5.30pm
Tickets in advance from the school office – limited parking available on the evening.
• Drapers’ Maylands Primary School
Settle Road, Romford, RM3 9XR
Friday, November 2 from 6pm – 8pm
Gates open at 6pm for an evening of fun, fireworks and fundraising.
Including: Fayre stalls created and ran by the children, prizes to be won, hot dogs and burgers , fresh doughnuts and waffles, a DJ and a professional fireworks display.
Tickets - One adult and two children £5, Two adults and five children £10.
Tickets can be purchased from Drapers’ Maylands Primary School office and under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Romford Working Men’s Club Firework Display
