SYLVIA MAY PHILPOT 13.3.1927 - 8.1.2015 The flower lady in Noak Hill Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Funeral to be held at Corbets Tey, Cemetery, Upminster on 20th January 2015 at 11am. All that knew Sylvia are welcome. Flowers or donations to The Alzheimers Society.
