Homes could be built at the site of an existing town centre car park under new plans.

It is one of various planning applications received by Havering Council between April 16 and April 22.

The plans will be reviewed by the council before any final decisions are made.

The Round House in Havering-atte-Bower could soon undergo repair and restoration work (L0002.24).

Interior decoration and repair to the Grade-II* listed villa’s roof tiles are among the works planned.

Garages to the rear of Station Road, Romford, could be demolished to make way for a new two-storey building.

This would create one new studio flat and another apartment of one bedroom (P0416.24).

Six new homes could also be built at the site of Keswick Avenue car park in Hornchurch (P0472.24).

The plans submitted to Havering Council also ask for permission to remove all existing structures, as well as to create car parking and carry out landscaping work at the new development.

A home in Devonshire Road could be turned into a residential home to be used for the care of up to four children (P0539.24).

A new development is planned for land adjacent to Gilbert Road, and to the rear of Kingston Road, in Romford (P0509.24).

The plans would see an existing garage demolished, and a new one-bedroom home built in its place.

In North Ockendon, one proposal seeks to add an extra floor to an existing bungalow in Fen Lane (J0008.24).
