A deputy manager of a nursery in Romford said she was "in shock" after her school scooped three national awards.
Montessori Minds Nursery in Romford took three National NMT awards on November 25 and Holly White was the proud recipient of Deputy Manager of the Year.
Judges said Holly went above and beyond regarding the wellbeing of children, families and staff.
"I am still in shock and feel so thankful that my name was called as the winner amongst the other wonderful individuals dedicated to their early years careers," Holly said.
"I am so grateful that I have been recognised for my work and feel so proud and that I represent Montesorri Minds Day Nursery."

Montesorri Minds won two other categories on the night.
Room leader Megan Williams received the Nursery Room Leader Award.
The nursery as a whole received the Individual Nursery Award.
Holly took the chance to commend her colleagues, adding: "Thank you to my manager and team for the opportunities and training I receive."
The Old Station Nursery Group in south London also won the Nursery Group (Large) Award.
