Plans have been made for a hot food takeaway in Beam Park.
A change of use from a vacant office to a takeaway for the site at 127 New Road in Beam Park, Rainham, was proposed by chartered surveyors Stephensons on behalf of the applicant, Mr H Said, on June 21.
Havering Council confirmed the application as valid last Friday (July 14).
Richard Stephenson, the agent, said any noise and smells from the kitchen would be properly dealt with.
"It is unlikely that the new proposal will negatively impact residential occupiers," he said in a design and access statement.
"Smells and noise from the kitchen will be dealt with by way of extract ventilations system and an increase in insulation."
